Hands without a face is attempting to express the humanness of caged persons because without preconceptions, they can belong to anyone. Unfortunately, the bars/uniform automatically stigmatize individuals, invoking a programmed response. Said provocation is self-evident of how indoctrinated we are as a society to believe as Big Brother dictates.
